Sweet Lip are almost Norfolk's staple diet and the most popular fish around the Island. They are abundant everywhere and when we go fishing we can almost guarantee someone on the boat will catch a sweetlip. They are delicious and a lot of fun to catch. They're also known as Red Throat Emporer and locally known as Trumpeter. So when you come fishing with me, Sweet Lip will be one of the fish you catch, unless of course we're targeting something else but even then we're very likely to catch some.
